The resurrection of Jesus Christ is our hope - Fr Benuyenah

Reverend Fr Isaac Benuyenah, Parish Priest of the Hohoe St Augustine Roman Catholic Church, has observed Christ's resurrection from the dead become the hope for humanity.

"there is vigor within the resurrection of Jesus Christ when you are confronted with collection of instances, there is the hope we have in the resurrected Christ and God will not permit us to continue to be in our pains."

Fr Benuyenah in a sermon on Resurrection Sunday, themed: "The Resurrection is our Hope" referred to "if the resurrection isn't your hope, then, your coming to Church is in useless. The Bible tells us in John 19:30 that he released his spirit. He died on the go after he mentioned it's finished."

He said there become vigor within the resurrection of Jesus Christ including that if you are confronted with sequence of instances, there's the hope we now have within the resurrected Jesus.

"God will now not enable us to stay in our pain s. i'm assuring you all that there's a resurrection after each ache and each tribulation. You were with Christ Jesus."

Fr Benuyenah noted "the Lord is asserting he'll on no account reject you or flip you away. God has written a will for you and that is John 6:39-forty.

"And this is the need of God that I should still not lose even one among all these He has given me, however that I should still lift them up on the last day. For it, my father's will that each one who see his Son and believe in him may still have everlasting life and that i will carry them to up on the final day."

He observed if Christians believed in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, they shall most likely rise with him on the closing day.

"You, who every person takes without any consideration will upward push in the Lord on account of your sufferings in the cross. Let this be your hope that when the trumpet is sounded on the ultimate day, you shall rise with Christ. I pray for the c hurch, that the church may additionally believe within the risen Lord, that heaven could be our portion."
