The virus disaster – a time to share Jesus … and to be competent

A Bible teacher, creator, and radio host thinks this condition with the coronavirus may well be the best evangelistic probability of our lifetimes.

"this is no time for Christians to be despondent or afraid or unnecessarily paranoid," talked about Dr. Alex McFarland these days on American family unit Radio. "Christ has given us the roadmap to heaven, to a relationship with him, to a significant lifestyles here – and now our job is to hyperlink hands and proclaim to the area how they can also be equipped."

When requested whether the realm is witnessing Bible prophecy being fulfilled, McFarland says he thinks the "delivery pangs" outlined in the Bible are being viewed.

"The Bible talks about beginning pangs – you understand, because the advent groans, expecting Christ's return. [But] I don't believe these are the plagues of Revelation 16," he persevered. "Chapters four–20 [in Revelation] are speaking in regards to the tribulation – but there's international sickness and plagues in [chapter] sixteen; there is false faith and demonism in 17; and then there may be the autumn of the area's financial gadget in Revelation 18."

however McFarland cautions this doesn't mean people should still no longer be in a position.

"In Matthew 24 and 25, 3 times Jesus says the end of time will come like a bolt of lightning from the sky and so be in a position," he stressed. "In Mark 13, Jesus says What I say to 1, I say to all: Watch, and be in a position."

And he provided this assistance for those that are not believers:

"in case you've never depended on Christ, do this today. Jesus is as shut as a prayer. turn your life over to Christ, admit your sin, repent, [and] agree with. We're developing on Easter. one of the vital documentable information of historic heritage is that Christ rose from the lifeless – and that proves his Messiahship.

"So, i would say if you've never depended on Christ, be born once again and be saved."
