Ghana: Christians asked to Abide through Biblical Teachings

The commonplace Secretary of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC), the Reverend Emmanuel Teimah Barrigah, has advised Christians to let their lives mirror the teachings of the Bible.

He also recommended them towards charlatans employing miracles to deceive blameless souls.

Rev Barrigah made the call at the twenty fifth anniversary get together of the foreign Prayer Palace Church (IPPC), organised below the theme: 'Celebrating God's faithfulness in 25 years'.

He spoke of the story within the Bible in which Egyptian magicians challenged Moses by way of transforming their staves into snakes, that have been ultimately devoured via these of Moses as proof of the vigor of God.

Rev Barrigah expressed be anxious that some people who within the recent previous performed magic and sell normal medicines in the streets have metamorphosed into pastors, who perform all types of miracles to appeal to tremendous following.

Rev Barrigah warned Christians to be cautious of charlatans, examine the Bible and searching for the grace of God.

The founder of IPPC, Apostle Samuel Agyei, spoke of the church due to the fact that its founding on June 8, 1994, now has branches at Adeiso, Krobo Odumase, Gyinase and Akaporiso.

He mentioned the IPPC become affiliated with the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council, and has a sister fellowship with Huntingdon in Cambridge Shire in the uk, among others.

Apostle Agyei said,"Our vision is to raise individuals to turn into fruitful disciples of Jesus Christ, who will win extra souls."

The congregation prayed for the nation's leaders, peace and prosperity and the health of the troubled.
