the world Evangelical Alliance (WEA) says 2020 could be the 12 months of the Bible.
Secretary ordinary Bishop Efraim Tendero says he desires evangelicals across the world to study the Bible and reflect greater, invest within the translation and book of it and make sure americans in all walks of existence can engage with it.
Addressing the thousands gathered at the Jesus international formative years Day in Manila, Philippines, he pointed out: "adequately understood, the Bible features us to the Creator whose notice is right, righteous and endures always.
"we are able to highlight the value of the Bible because the enduring foundation for fostering team spirit, freedom, construction and satisfactory of existence nowadays and for the years to come back."
The yearlong initiative will launch formally at the newly-developed Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC in September and has the backing of ministries akin to Wycliffe Bible Translators, YWAM, American Bible Society, and Call2All.
The WEA represents some 600 million evangelical Christians across the world which will "strengthen the respectable information of Jesus Christ and effect own and group transformation for the glory of God".
