BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX)- the first Baptist Church of Bryan celebrated one hundred years of their business men's Bible type Sunday.
they have held thousands of meetings and took the time on Sunday to appear lower back on the classes previous century.
The business men's Bible type at the First Baptist Church of Bryan begun in February of 1919, simply after World warfare I.
The guys who begun the bible analyze, say they have been encouraged by their other halves to are trying to find fellowship and peace after the war.
George Nelson, the Director of the type says he is proud that they've been teaching the note of god for a hundred years.
"There are not any classes in existence in this general area which have been sharing the message of Jesus Christ in a church atmosphere for one hundred years," spoke of Nelson, "Doing this for one hundred years, is in reality remarkable."
The bible analyze type meets faithfully every Sunday after church, and organizers say they hope to proceed sharing the observe for the subsequent a hundred years.
